Why a fruit cleanse?

The Fruit Cleanse is a boost into a whole new you. You’re establishing habits that will address the root cause of major diseases: microbiome and gut dysbiosis. These diseases include obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular and central nervous system disorders. Further, emerging research suggests that a balanced gut microbiome may improve mental health and happiness.

The benefits of The Fruit Clease stem from what you’re not eating, just as much as what you are eating. Get ready to reduce inflammation, optimize nutrient absorption, gain energy, strengthen immune function, and feel confident in your body!
